Maintenance for concrete flooring mainly depends on the amount of traffic that the floor is subject to and presuming that a floor finish was applied after the final seal coat.
For residential concrete flooring where normal light foot traffic occurs, periodic maintains is minimal. Frequent wet mopping or dry dust mopping of the concrete floor is normally the only regular maintenance needed. Once the floor looses some of its shine usually six months to a year, a couple coats of floor finishes is all that is required to bring back the original shine.
In an environment where traffic is heavier such as a restaurant or retail store, a more aggressive maintenance schedule may be required. Buffing and re coating may be required as often as once a month.
