Polymer modified overlay materials can be combined with specialty coloring techniques to produce truly unique floors.
If a previously sealed, painted or damaged floor needs a makeover, a concrete overlay may be the answer. Our overlays generally go on thin, about 1/8 of an inch thick, and self-level to produce a smooth floor that resembles slick troweled concrete. Colored pigments can be re-troweled into the overlay and slick trowled to produce a smooth, marbled like appearance.
Acid stains, water-based colors, and solvent based dyes can be used individually or can be combined to produce truly unique floor finishes.
The final step is applying a sealer or coating to protect the floor and keep it looking new and clean |
